Dan Scott
The Dan Scott Show
Dan Scott is the host of “The Dan Scott Show,” a weekly one-hour Christian talk show airing in multiple markets. Dan has been in the media industry for nearly four decades, starting at his hometown radio station at the age of 18. His radio show and podcast have been a staple in Upstate South Carolina for over 20 years. From 2001-12 it was a daily three-hour talk show that reached the top five for its time slot in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. Dan currently serves as the Director of Broadcasting at Furman University, where he serves as the play-by-play voice of Paladin football and men’s basketball, in addition to hosting coaching shows and podcasts covering the full spectrum of Furman sports, coaches, student-athletes, and staff. He is also the Voice of The Greenville Drive (Boston Red Sox High A affiliate), a role he took on in 2018. Prior to coming to Furman, Dan served as play-by-play voice of Clemson’s baseball and women’s basketball from November of 2005 through June of 2011. A native of Williamson, W.Va., Dan worked as a sports writer and editor for a number of newspapers from 1990-2001 and was twice recognized by the West Virginia Press Association for Best Sports Page. More important than any of the above, Dan gave his life to Jesus Christ on June 10, 2012. He currently serves as a Deacon at Utica Baptist Church in Seneca, S.C.

In 2009 Legend Radio Network the company was born . in 2012 Legend 107 Radio came into fruition to this present day . My overall goal is to take the radio industry regardless of genre , and give the people back real music instead of a watered down version . Taking the industry to another level & height's , and giving individuals the opportunity to realize their dream in the radio industry . I want to include you in this vision of work . Also looking to expand my personal radio shows Gospel Vibrations & " The Heavystorm Quiet Storm " into many markets around the world .

Remember the movie "Pirate Radio"? This guy lived it!

Terry Herd is the co-founder and CEO of Bluegrass Today®. He is also the founder of the Bluegrass Radio Network and host of Into The Blue®, America’s largest and longest running bluegrass radio syndication. Now in it’s thirtieth year, Into The Blue® is heard weekly on more than 130 commercial radio stations throughout North America.
Terry is a four time recipient of the IBMA Broadcaster of The Year Award and former member of the IBMA Board of Directors. He served as Marketing Committee chair for five years, from 1998 through 2002.
Terry is also known as the architect and creator of Sirius Satellite Radio’s bluegrass channel, where he served as Format Manager and host from July, 2000 until April 2006. During his 5-1/2 year tenure, he increased listenership on the bluegrass channel by more than 3 to 1 over then rival XM. He was also credited for bringing the IBMA Awards broadcast to satellite radio. The two companies later merged into Sirius/XM.

20 The Countdown Magazine - Christian Hits
20 The Countdown Magazine was originally launched by the legendary Jon Rivers in 1985 and William began hosting the show in the fall of 2019 after Jon’s retirement. William met Jon in 1998 while working at KLTY-FM in Dallas, TX where they ended up doing the morning show together for several years. Jon hired William to produce his morning show when William was fresh out of high school and taught him all about Christian music and radio programming. They remained close friends even after Jon left KLTY around 2001 to work for another Christian radio station/network.
William was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and currently lives in Roanoke, TX with his wife, Christy, and their college age twins, Bailey and Morgan. In addition to hosting 20 The Countdown Magazine, he also owns a large wedding and events production/entertainment company called It’s Your Night Entertainment.

Crowman (Mike Crow) is celebrating 39 years playing Independent Texas Red-Dirt Artists. SMCD was created in 2008 to bring Texas Music fans a Sunday morning show that featured uplifting, spiritual songs from their favorite Texas Music artists. Many current popular Texas Singer-Songwriters received their first airplay on one of Crowman's many radio shows. Sunday Morning Coming Down has been on the air for 17 years!!!

Current owner of WMNZ, Brother Lance brings energy, heart, and a whole lot of personality to the airwaves every time he steps behind the microphone. With a passion for music, community, and keeping listeners connected, he’s more than just a DJ — he’s a familiar voice that feels like family.
Known for his upbeat style, quick humor, and genuine love for radio, Brother Lance creates a welcoming atmosphere where great music and real conversation come together. Whether he’s spinning classics, highlighting local stories, or firing up the request lines, his mission is simple: make every listener feel like they’re part of the show.
When he’s on the air, you can expect high energy, hometown pride, and a broadcast that keeps you smiling from the first song to the final sign-off.
He is the commentator for all Macon County sports. You can usually catch him making a quick one-liner between breaths.

Danny Blizzard
Sports Director
Mr. Danny Blizzard is a cornerstone of both WMNZ and Macon County athletics. As the former owner of WMNZ and its current Sports Director, Danny has devoted his life to serving his community through local radio and high school sports. The station itself is part of his family’s legacy—founded in 1961 by his father, Mr. Junior Blizzard, who built WMNZ into a hometown voice for Macon County. Danny proudly carried that torch forward.
Danny began announcing ball games in the 1970s, and for decades his voice has been the soundtrack of Macon County athletics. As the play-by-play announcer for all things Macon County, he has called every kind of season imaginable—from tough 0–10 rebuilding years to unforgettable 15–0 state championship football runs. Through wins and losses, buzzer-beaters and Friday night lights, Danny has been there to tell the story.
Few people have seen the athletic department from as many angles as he has. His steady presence in the press box has made him more than just an announcer—he’s become part of the tradition itself. In a small community where Friday nights mean everything, Danny Blizzard is a well-known and respected figure, a trusted voice, and a living piece of Macon County history.

Johnny Caudle
Weather
Johnny is the "Weather Man" of WMNZ. He comes with high accolades and is deeply steeped in the weather around our region. Johnny’s fascination with weather began in 1989, when Hurricane Hugo tore through his hometown and left a lasting impression. Around that same time, he discovered his local radio station while scanning the AM dial on his Sony Walkman—a moment that sparked a second passion. That curiosity eventually turned into a job at the station while he was still in high school, launching his broadcasting career.
Today, Johnny serves as an Advanced Storm Spotter and Weather-Ready Ambassador for the National Weather Service, partnering with NOAA to promote weather awareness, preparedness, and resilience in communities across the country.
When he’s not watching the sky, he’s online, keeping his followers up to speed on the latest weather story.
